Yep. Over 24 hours now with my main stuck in limbo. You can't even log in with it to make a petition. With no email confirmation on non-account petitions it makes me wonder how long it'll take. Come on CCP... this just makes me sad.

I know. When I log in from that screen I get the error. It's ok though, I just did it w/ my email instead of my account name. However, after 24 hrs passed I did it w/ this character because I'm wondering if they ever got the first one... Do they normally not send a 'petition received, thanks' or w/e confirmation email? I'd almost rather assume they didn't get it than feel I'm throwing text into a black box :/.

Wait. Banned? FYI we're talking about something entirely different. Our accounts have been disabled because they ran out of time. Yet they haven't. We can't log in to petition it or anything. We can't pay to subscribe them back because they have more than 30 days of time left.

Bumping to keep this issue fresh.
Currently unable to play on my main for 4 days 12 hours. CCP keeps bouncing my petition between departments, but has not told me anything.
